Sephora play box

I called Sephora customer service to understand why I did not receive my play box while others are posting online pictures of theres. customer service just said it's processing and just wait. I expressed how dissatisfied I was and he said well ok. at least offer me some beauty insider points or something. thinking about canceling my box if something is not done. I've already paid for this.
