Sephora keeps cancelling my orders

Hi I am a Sephora rouge member and lately I keep getting my orders cancelled. I have also noticed I am not alone here based on the forum submissions. I tried to place my order yesterday and it told me it was due to my credit card information, which was weird because everything about it was right and the same card worked last time during the sale on April 15. Anyways, I tried again with the card and it went through but later on I check my order and it says cancelled on my account. Didn’t even get an email saying it was cancelled, I had to check on my account. 

This is the third time my order has gotten cancelled. The first time this happened I tried ordering a Dyson air wrap during the sale and it cancelled my order.

Can a Sephora representative please get back to me on this asap? Thank you.
