Sephora keeps cancelling my order

I haven’t been able to place an online Sephora orders in months for no reason. All my orders get cancelled within ten minutes. 

how can I get this resolved please?

Same. Good luck resolving the issue. I have been on the phone with Sephora multiple times, sent emails/messages multiple times, been on chat and have reached out here on Community, with NO resolution. I have verified all of my information down to every last detail several times, still with no resolution. This last time, I was told I would receive a follow up email regarding a resolution. That email only said that my orders are cancelled. Duh. It’s Sephora’s loss. I’ve had to make my purchases elsewhere. Unfortunate too, because I’m VIB with points and rewards and can’t use them. Again, good luck.

Hello, me again. Sephora is cancelling my oders AGAIN. This started happening back in April and after multiple phone calls, emails, chats, online community messages, it finally got resolved last month in June and placed ONE order, no problem. Now here we are again. I keep getting told it’s because none of my info has been verified. HS. I have verified all of it so many times that I’m saying it in my sleep. Nothing has changed, nothing, not even the product I order, and even after verifying again, still can’t place an order without it being cancelled. I used to love Sephora, but no more. They are the worst, losing good people and business. I’m going elsewhere to buy online. I can’t take it anymore. Absolutely ridiculous. Good luck to all of you who keep trying. I hope you have better luck than me.

My orders just all got canceled without notice too. This has been happening since Fall of 2022!!!! It is not a card issue - my card is verified and in my possession. Why is this still happening?!
