Sephora isn't answering my emails

I have sent two emails to the customer support about one of my products being horribly damaged and I haven't recieved an answer. So how are they supporting the customers? By ignoring them? Also, reported the damage on my actual order receipt and haven't received anything still. Its definitely been longer than 10 working days
