Sephora is not doing too well

I don’t know why Sephora asks what samples you want because I never get what I want or It doesn’t come.  My candle sample I got for spending over $35 was melted all over my other products.  Sephora should think about getting some other company to care for and ship their products.  If my candle melted are my other stuff any good either??? 

I don’t know.
