Sephora is getting stingy.

When I first started using Sephora I could count on the 3 samples I chose to always be in the shipment and there was a wide variety in the Rewards Bazaar. I love Sephora so much I subscribe to Flash Shipping AND the PLAY! box. But this past two years the samples are never what I choose, and now they have been reduced to only 2 per order, the Rewards Bazaar might have 4 of the 100 point items to chose from but mostly it is less than 4 and my PLAY box is becoming redundant. I don't use foundation but get it a lot and I NEVER choose it as a sample but the last 3 orders that was sent to me as samples. It is almost like Sephora is getting comfortable in our relationship and so they stopped trying to date me. And don't get me going on the fact that I had to return a hair gel that did not work for my curly hair, now they take the points BACK and they took back the 50 points from my Play Box Card!?!? And they took away 4 points for some mysterious reason. Seriously this relationship is turning sour. :'(
