Sephora is cancelling my hair orders

I am so close to actually throwing hands I can’t this is the 2nd LARGE order I’ve placed today that’s been cancelled like really? I checked every single item in my orders are in stock and they were both cancelled very mad and disappointed because these items were for a trip and will no longer get here on time if I reorder and don’t pay for expedited shipping. The money was taken out of my card and has not been returned leaving my “treat yourself”(which is the only account I will use for this because I refuse to make my self in a rough situation for this) account at literally $8 so now I can’t even go to somewhere else to get my things because Sephora has my money because I placed this order twice and they charged me twice yet cancelled my order twice. I want my money back or I want my **** at my door by when it was supposed to be here. Figure it out Sephora cause your method of doing this is very clearly causing a disruption in people’s day to day life and I know I’m not the only one. Sephora get your act together and give us our stuff. If your taking the money out of our accounts there better me a package on the way end of story. Sephora reach out to me and make this right.
