Sephora is Unreliable

Is it even worth shopping at sephora? They are so unreliable it's disgusting. They chabge things after they sent your order and just do whatever they want. I ordered gifts for my cousins and they both will be missing an $18 item all of a sudden yet they were already shipped. Sephora needed to tell me this before they shipped so i could pick something else for $18.

The website still says this product is available and will let me order it again? Someone over at sephora needs to do their job. Ulta has NEVER pulled this. Too bad they don't have Fenty and The Inkey List or I would only shop at Ulta from now on.
