Sephora inside JCPenny Scent Voucher

I have a scent voucher that I would like to redeem from the Sephora in JCP. I reached out to both Sephora and JCP customer service and they both said to ask the other company about it which unfortunately feels like I’m getting the run around. The Sephora Beauty Advisor wrote to me “Our contract with JC Penny's ended more then two years ago 🙁,” said they couldn’t help, and ended the chat. I understand this time of year is stressful but dang. Really disappointed. This was paid for and doesn’t have an expiration date.

I have the same issue, sephora that was in JC Penny at Briarwood mall told me to try the Sephora that relocated to Kohls
