Sephora inside JCPenny Scent Voucher

Hi,

I have a scent voucher that has no expiration date for a full size bottle of a featured fragrance. Now that Sephora is no longer inside JCPenny, how can I redeem this voucher?  My preference of those listed is Marc Jones Daisy Love. 
I would appreciate any help!
