Sephora in store complain

Worse customer service 

Went to Sephora at Markville Mall to do a return of 2 products. For some reasons only a portion was refunded to credit card and the other portion was told it has to be back on a gift card. I asked why that’s the case and the cashier gave me the dirtiest look and said that must be the way it was purchased. Asked if I exchanged and bought them. I said no. She asked to see my receipts and my credit card and I did but she was still unable to resolve this issue. I later escalated to her manager and she did the same thing. Later the supervision had to manually enter this refund to me. I had explained to her of the service I received from her chaises, lack of service (the entire time she was not looking at me but talking to her coworkers and not helping me resolve this issue). I asked the manager for the name of the staff and she had refuse to give me her name which makes me wonder she’s not taking my complain properly. This manager is also lack of experience and have not helped to ensure for customer service but tried to brush me away. Worse customer service I’ve ever had received from Sephora. Will never return to this store again! They are racist and unprofessional.
