Sephora gift card scams

I bought 3 Sephora gift cards and ALL of them were empty! And of course, Sephora will not refund me or give me anything for it. I am located in California and they told me that one of the purchases was in Delaware .. so frustrating.. and most of all embarrassing to the person I’m gifting it to!!! I don’t even want to shop here anymore and telling everyone not to gift Sephora gift cards this Christmas!! #giftcardscams
