Sephora employee refused to help me

I went to Sephora looking for help with finding the right foundation and to learn how to do a smokey eye (because I suck at it!) Well I asked the lady for help and she said she was too busy and then walked over to her daughter and grandson! UM WHAT?! Thanks for nothin, Sephora!
