Sephora doesn't care about customers bad experiences

A few months ago I posted about a bad experience I lived at Sephora Sherbrooke, Quebec. I was discriminated by an employee in front of my daughter. I got all these messages that they would contact me, but it seems it's only bots pretending to care about you. At the end of the day, Sephora doesn't care and won't have better politics so their employees will treat customers without discrimination. As for me, I really believed they would follow up and repair the damage. I really hoped they would reach out to the store so the employee or manager could apologize and that could be an example in front of my daughter, but Sephora doesn't care.

Like speaking to your credit card or insurance company to ask a question is all your going to get …. When you do get that call ….

nothing else happens after that …..

 

they say there going to call you back but for me it’s been 3 days going on day 4 and no return calls at all
