Sephora does not care

Today is my birthday and the gift that the sephora gave me was canceling my order for the third time, first was problem with the address, then problem with the card, always an excuse, it seems they just do not care. Super disappointed, I waited all year for my birthday gift, and a good deal in samples and now I'm going to lose because the month will end and they keep canceling my purchases. So sad...

After two more attempts to buy, both canceled, and I calling my bank, where they informed me that all attempts to purchase had been authorized by them, who had canceled was Sephora. And absolutely no interest on your part to help, I come to ask for my account to be deleted, I do not want any more conections with Sephora and I do not intend to buy anything online or in stores again from you. The disregard for the customer is absurd. Know that the customer service of your competitors is infinitely better and this is what will make me go somewhere else, even if I have to pay more, at least I know that if I have a problem, the same will be treated more carefully. You are so right! Worst customer service ever! They will put you on hold for eternity, lie to you, and hang up in you!!! I don't know how they stay in business!
