Sephora did me dirty

So I yesterday I scheduled a glam makeup service because I was going to a wedding, got the confirmation and everything, then 1hr before my appointment they sent me an email canceling, like what! I'm really disappointed and the fact that I also called the store before booking my service and they didn't mentioned me anything of not being able to do it, but just told me to go ahead and book it in their app. Smh

Why would she book a new appt? So that it can be cancelled again? That’s unacceptable.
