Sephora deluxe perfume sampler question

I would like to redeem my sephora deluxe sampler certificate but the fragrance I want is not in the store. The store manager told me to buy it online return it in store and they will re ring it in the certificate. Is that correct? They also told me of I want to get the biggersize they will apply the certificate and discount the price of the smaller size is that true as well??

Hi @Amreenvirani It sounds like the Store Director was offering to make an accommodation, which is at his/her discretion.

so can if I buy the 3oz and pay the difference that is ok as I read in other posts that it is allowed?

I recommend checking with the store to confirm, as they will be making the accommodation.
