Sephora credit

I have a Sephora credit that they put in a card

i can only use it in the stores

canI call in an order over the phone to any Sephora store

Regretfully, Store Merchandise Credit cannot be redeemed online. I apologize for any disappointment this may cause! However, it will never expire and can be redeemed in any freestanding Sephora store. Thank you!
