Sephora credit card

Hi. I used my sephora credit card reward back in November 240$ but one of my item was out of stock and they said they will refund my reward next billing statement and I still didnโ€™t get it. Unfortunately yesterday I used my 40$ credit card reward again for another order and forget to add more items so cancelled and reordered them but couldnโ€™t find my reward anymore. Tried to contact both customers service several times they sending to each other back and forth itโ€™s so frustrating. I never had such a issue with any other credit card company nor retailers. Tell me if you had similar problems and how you were able to resolve them. Thank you

@akherke, I'm sorry about this! Regretfully, we do not have any access to Sephora credit card account information or reward activity. However, if you believe your rewards have not posted in a timely manner, you may dispute their Reward balance (โ€œReward Dollars Disputeโ€) by calling 1-866-841-5037 (Sephora Visa) 1-866-864-7787 (Sephora Visa Signature), 1-866-702-9946 (Sephora Credit Card).
