Sephora credit card

Has anyone had trouble receiving their Sephora credit card? It's been a month and I still haven't received a letter of approval or denial. Every time I call customer service they tell me to wait up to 10 business days but it's been more! I'm a little worried because there are so many bad reviews about the credit card.

i havent recieved it and its been almost a year and im getting charged for stuff without even me having the card

and i have paid it off but they still charger me and i dont even be shopping at sephora anymore.

@lanena2 I'm sorry to hear that! We don't have access to your credit card account, so I would recommend contacting Comenity directly for further assistance with this.

after reading all these terrible things about Sephora's system with Commenity Bank, I will be cancelling once I get my balance paid.

The Conmenity website for the Sephora credit card is sh*t.  I always have problems logging in going back 2 years to when I got the card.  I have had to reset my password so many times and only to find it is not recognized the next time I log in.  I have to call customer service to send me a link to reset it.  The only way I can access the website is usually through a link to my email.  If locked out and i try to unlock it on my own, it informs the details I entered are incorrect.  I will close this credit card because in this day and time, a company that contracts with a bank that is not technologically able to prevent these kind of issues is a company that does not care about their customers. As someone who pays all my bills online, this is the worst website I have encountered.

@lizardgizzard I'm sorry to hear that! We don't have any insight into Comenity's system, so I would recommend contacting them directly for more information.

I've already contacted Comenity bank and they do not help! They said just to reapply but it doesn't allow me to apply again online and they told me to into the store. I never thought I would be going through this with Sephora. It's disappointing because I love shopping here which is why I applied for the card. Why would I reapply again if it says my credit application is under review. The problem is that it's been way over the 10 day period!!!

Hi @mquijano I'm sorry to hear about this!  I recommend contacting Comenity Capital Bank directly and requesting to speak with a supervisor to check if you were approved for the credit card and for further assistance.

Worst card I’ve ever had.  Beware small print as they have extra charges in there.  After I closed account they added two late fees and interest.  Customer service would not waive anything.  

I’ve never experienced anything like this with any other card.
