Sephora credit card not working

Can someone please tell me why it is so easy to apply for a Sephora Credit Card, but it is SO DIFFICULT to ever use it??

I am going to cancel my Credit Card if this issue continues to happen

I understand that trying to use my CC at a Sephora in Kohls is one thing, however I have tried many times to place my order on line, and it will never allow me to pay with it.  I refuse to purchase with any of my other payment methods when I applied and was qualified for a CC through you. 

Am I supposed to call customer service every single time I want to place an order and wait on hold or be transferred to multiple customer service reps when I have other things I need to be doing?  Or should I drive to the closest Sephora that is almost 3 hours away??  This is getting VERY frustrating.  I thought getting a Credit Card would be helpful to alleviate these issues

I am having a similar issue with temporary card I was approved for tonight. I couldn’t resist the 25% off offer blasting on every screen, especially when I have a $500 cart waiting. 😡

I’m getting the same error message that others are posting about; I should have read all of these posts before I applied. The only “support” I got from CS was to keep trying or wait for the card to arrive. 

I’m feeling deceived right now knowing that @sephora continues to promote their credit card offer at checkout while being fully aware that customers won’t be “saving $____ on this purchase” by opening a Sephora credit card.   It’s shady and misleading. I don’t have time to wait for the card to move forward with my purchase and never would have taken the hit on my credit score with a hard inquiry had I known the temporary card info wouldn’t work. It’s only a few points, but I’ve worked long and hard to rebuild my credit and get it where it is now. 😞
