Sephora credit card login issues

I have a Sephora credit card that has not worked for 2 months because I cannot login. What is Sephora doing to address this issue? I am tempted to send my payment in the mail and just close the account and never shop with Sephora again (you get WAY better deals at Ulta, Dillards and the brands websites) because this is not useful at all. It’s the holidays. I have been trying to get gifts for people but have been hindered because it won’t let me make any online orders as the error of incorrect information, and when trying to login, it says the same message. I tried to create the login (since it said it didn’t exist) and it said my email and card # have been linked to an existing user, and showed my username. I then tried to login again and the comenity webpage FINALLY displayed an error message saying the login is unavailable at the moment. So now, I don’t have the gifts I wanted to get for everyone, I’m having to pay without receiving the benefits of using the Sephora credit card, and now have to be worried about the account closing simply because I can’t log in to make a payment. Does Sephora care at all about their loyal customers? I will be posting everywhere about all of the bad things that come along with being a cardholder for Sephora. Somebody needs to fix this ASAP because I have now missed out on a Christmas full of presents due to this.

I share your frustrations and had similar issues logging in. I have been trying to log in for the past hour or so but it keeps telling me the information I provided does not match. So, I realized that the home page of Sephora credit card was defaulted to Sephora credit card and not Sephora visa credit card. Go here: https://d.comenity.net/sephora/

and select your appropriate credit card and use your username and login you created when you registered. I wish someone had told me about this or their website was designed so that I could select appropriate credit card from the start, instead I had to waste hours of my life to figure this out. Please try this and see if it works. Comenity bank is awful!

Nope. Did not work for me. It has advised that the site is experiencing issues for over 2 months. So, basically I can use easy pay to pay them, but I cannot use my card to purchase anything. This is getting ridiculous. They actually lost a $500 sale from me during the holidays because of this issue. It kept saying my card number was invalid, even though I have had the card,. and used it, for a year.

@stephw99, I'm so sorry to learn of the difficulty you've experienced with logging into your credit card account. We do not have any credit card account access. However, I recommend contacting Comenity Bank so they can look into this further for you:

You are a true lifesaver! This issue drove me crazy since yesterday. You are absolutely right! Their default address is not Visa and that is the issue. Thanks for sharing this!

You’re a life saver! I called Sephora Comenity and the customer service lady had no clue how to help me. She even suggested she can delete my online access and make me re-register again.  They have ignorant people on the phone. A simple Google search took me here. Thank you soooooo very much!!!
