Sephora credit card discount

Just received my new Sephora credit card. Trying to place my first order, but the 25% off I received for getting the card isn't working

 It keeps saying it doesn't apply. That code is literally 80%  of the reason I got the card

If you received the physical card, please add it as a saved payment method in your account. You might also need to activate your online account at: https://d.comenity.net/ac/sephoracard or for Visa https://d.comenity.net/ac/sephoravisa
