Sephora cancelled order, refund???

Hi girlies,

on March 6th i put an order of a hair oil serum and after the check out proceeded i immediately cancel the order bcs the address is still on my previous house which is not possible for me to get the stuff there (and i wasnt on the app for some time so i really haven't really made a change on the information details) . Anyway, the order gets cancelled, but i don't get the money or whatsoever. Is there any of you know whether ill get my money back or no? I mean, im not in the good time to just spend pennies without knowing where it lands, so i just want to know how it works. Thanks in advance girlies!🩷🩷

@gacque If your order was cancelled you would not be charged and the pending authorization is typically released within 1-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

@gacque @If you canceled the order then you wouldn’t have been charged. if you did get charged then it should have been credited back to your account.
