Sephora can't look up my account phone # or email

Every time I shop in store, the cashier asks for my rewards phone number. They type it in correctly but it isn't found. Next they ask for my email address; they type it in correctly and it doesn't work either. Luckily I still have the plastic VIB card and I also have the app on my phone which has the bar code for my digital card otherwise I would be screwed out of points. But if someone else wants to use my account (my mom or boyfriend) they are unable to do so. I've had a few cashiers try to fix this in store on the computer but it hasn't been successful. Is there anyway to fix this? Side note... after this VIBBONUS sale this weekend I recently reached rouge. Will I be getting a new plastic card? Please help! Thank you in advance!

@Goober94 I would call customer service to address all your concerns.  They would be able to help you faster.
