Sephora are liars ?

I was matched wrongly and was given a foundation that was terrible. I went to the store to exchange and online it said it was stock. I drive all the way there and the foundation wasn’t there! The lady says I could order it online. Ok fine but now I find out they use Lasership? What the heck is that?? I see nothing but bad reviews!!! Now I can’t track my order at all! On top of that now they changing it to 3-5 days. How does 3 days turn into 5? They are very dishonest. I suggest you guys order directly from the vendor and forget about Sephora. Go to Ulta or Mac or just straight from the website because apparently they are dishonest.

Thanks but if I don’t receive it on that date I want a refund or I’m calling corporate to report this. . Technically your using a delivery “Lasership”service that you know willing steals packages and you have done nothing about it! So that shows how much you don’t care about customer service. You sell expensive makeup but use trashy shipping ? Makes no sense whatsoever . I will make sure no one I know buys from Sephora again. I hope Rihanna removes her line from this company also.
