Sephora app?

A newbie in sephora community right here! I access my beauty insider profile to connect with people and learn from other ladies doing their make ups but why does it seem too slow to run? Other than being slow, it takes me back to home page and not saving my posts so I end up repeating my uploads, searches and tags. Is it just my phone or I have to do it on the Sephora app?

Hi @Rachelraych, I'm sorry to hear about these issues! If you haven't already, I recommend re-installing the app, and making sure that your phone OS is fully updated as well. I hope that helps!

Just update your profile information (hair color, eye color, skin concerns, etc.) and you should see the points added to your account within 24 hours.

 Welcome to BIC  @Rachelraych . What kind of device and browser are you using? I usually use Safari on IPad to access community but I can't write reviews on the IPad so for reviews I use App on Iphone. There are several issues with this new community, many people have different problems, Sephora IT is working on improving this but for now we just have to be patient. Sorry I wasn't able to help more, hope this won't discourage you from participating.

I'm using safari on my iphone. I find it convenient to use everytime an email notification pops up it will just lead me straight to BIC but just too sad there are there kinds of issues. Well, I'm just hoping it will be develop coz I think this place and people right here are amazing❤️ Thanks @katkapivarci!
