I'm sorry for the trouble! Our teams are currently working to fix this error. Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your device. Alternatively, you should be able to redeem your points through the browser. We appreciate your patience as our teams work to have this fixed!

I have been trying to get my birthday points added since may I don’t have a full understanding of how to get them so I continued to get to the bottom of it but it’s not getting me anywhere. Can you please help me or add them this is not an issue that has been resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling as I’ve tried please let me know what to do something thank you

I WAS ABLE TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WILL BE ALLOWING FBE BIRTHDAY TO  BE ADDED AS A COURTESY SINCE I WENT TO RHE SEPHORA IN KOHLS AND WAS PICKED UP SAMPLES FOR PRODUCTS I WAS INTERESTED AND HAD TO HWT A DIFFERENT COLOR AND WHEN I ASKED THE ASSOCIATE ABOUT HOW I COULD GET POINTS SINCE TVUS WAS THE FIRST TIME I WANTED THE POINTS AND AT NO TIME TILL I WAS OUTSIDE ALOTED TIME TO GET MY GIFT. IM CURRENTLY HANDLING A FAMILY EMERGENCY SO THE SWEET WOMAN MADE A NOTE IN MY ACCT SO IM ABLE TO GET WHAT I HAD BEEN TRYING TO BUT WAS NEW TO HOW THE POINTS VS WHAT THE STORE CLOSEST TO ME HAS AVAILABLE AND WAS NEVER TOLD J HAD TO GO TO A FREESTANDING LOCATION.I AM APPRECIATIVE THEY HONORED IT AND EXPLAINED THE PROCESS SO I WOULD KNOW FOR FUTURE REFERENCE BUT SHE WAS SUICH A DOLL AND MADE A NOTE FOR A FUTRE REP WOUKD HONOR WHAT WAS TOLD SINCE MY FAMILY IS NOT ABLE TO HAVE A LOT OF TIME TO HANDLE ANYTHING MORE THAN WHAT IS GOING ON AND KEEPING THE LITTLE ONES AS CLOSE AS WE CAN WITHOUT TRAUMATIZING THERE YOUNG SELVES! Please keep their mom in your thoughts and prayers it’s not looking good and we are praying for a miracle at this time
