Sephora account got hacked

My account got hacked tonight, and the person used all of my points that I had spent years saving. They also changed the email to my account. Luckily I could change it, but is there a two-step identification? I'm seeing quite a bit of other accounts being hacked. 

Has anyone had any solutions so this doesn't happen again? 

 

This person also puts their information on the orders

Mine just got hacked tonight and all of my hard earned points over the years used, too! And there’s no way to contact Sephora until the AM. They really need a 2-factor authentication. 

 

The person changed my email address and entered all of there information before using all of my points in my account.

 

Here was the person who stole mine, awful human beings :
