Sephora Worker spilled dark foundation all over my light outfit and new birks

I went to the Sephora on 3010 Washtenaw Ave, MI to get a shade match for the rare beauty foundation. While a worker was helping me she dropped an entire bottle of foundation that splattered all over my shoes clothes purse and hijab, mind you these were all white and beige pieces. I tried to stay calm thinking it would come off but the employee tried rubbing it off my purse with makeup remover and it clearly wasn’t. I was visibly upset and walked away not wanting to cause a scene. Later I called them to ask how they can make it up to me seeing that even after washing my clothes it was not coming off and my entire outfit was completely ruined because of their workers actions. Instead they made it seem like it was my fault for walking away from the situation even though I was just trying to save the scene knowing that I cry in upsetting situations. Anyways, they told me I have to write a complaint and show proof of the damage so here are images of my washed pants after the situation. These are just the pants the damage on the shirt and shoes are not pictured but the employees saw it go all over if confirmation is needed. I hope someone can put the customer first like Sephora is supposed to and give me some type of compensation for their actions because this location is clearly struggling to.

@Edaxx I'm sorry to hear that happened! The store should submit a claim on your behalf. I would recommend checking with the store directly to ensure this has been done.
