Sephora What Happened?

I have been a Rouge for a couple of years and absolutely loved it. This last year and particularly the last half of this year things went really downhill so I didn’t renew I was very close but became so frustrated and each order was more disappointing than the last. Between not putting things I paid for in my shipments to not receiving renewal gifts and canceling orders without informing me the samples and also no monthly Rouge perks or options. I primarily order as opposed to going to the store because it’s hard for me to get out due to health issues so this was all a big deal to me. I thought that Sephora was awesome then all of this consistently happened. I am sad because I really loved being Rouge. I’m asking that Sephora please go back to what you were so I can justify spending that kind of money here again. You have a rep that needs some work to be what you were before, I miss that Sephora!
