Sephora Website Issues

Hey Everyone!

I have been having so many issues with the Sephora website.

For about the past two years, my loves list always comes up empty and says I have not loved anything yet. This is not true, I had so many products in the list. It will also never let me love any new products so my loves list always comes up blank.

I am also unable to view anyone's pictures attached to their reviews on a bigger scale. Like, I cannot click the images to enlarge it.

I am also unable to say to click the buttons that say a review is helpful or not helpful. 

I have emailed Sephora before with no success. Does anyone have any information regarding all this? xx

I am so sorry to hear this. I suggest clearing the cache and cookies on your browser history. Additionally,  I recommend attempting in a different browser. Please send me a PM if you have any questions.

@MayaMayNas I have that same issue with photos in reviews. The only place photos work for me correctly, oddly enough, is on an iPad. Not on my desktop computer and not on mobile. Just on iPad. It’s a very frustrating user experience and has been like that for several months at least.

@starsandbucks Its extremely frustrating. I believe the site has had more issues since they updated their website. I really hope that they would address and solve all these issues correctly.

I sincerely apologize you're experiencing errors on our website. I highly recommend clearing the cache and cookies on your browser history. Switching Web Browsers to Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox helps as well. Please feel free to private message me if you have any questions. 🙂

Hi @RaquelBT,

 

Thank you so much for the response! Unfortunately, I have tried all that but it still does not work. I am currently using a MacBook Air, completely updated. I logged into my friend's Sephora account on my laptop and her loves list works perfectly. 

 

Hopefully all the issues will be fixed in the future!
