Sephora Visa not working for anyone else?

Is anyone else having issues where you can’t even use your Sephora Visa right now? I kept trying on Sephora’s app and website, but it keeps making me re-enter the security code and saying it won’t work and re-enter my info correctly. 

I tried calling Comenity and their CS is like indefinitely closed and says “sorry, we’re working to restore function to our customer service. No option for live help. What am I supposed to do?

Yup! applied and got approved, no welcome email or info sent but card was added to account. tried using my 25% off and i've spent the last 3 hours of my life trying to place an order only to have an error every time saying that my billing info or cvv code don't match.  Comenity doesn't know why and says my account is active, I have a zero balance, but they're showing all my attempts get reversed instantly.  Said to call sephora customer service.  I can't even login to verify any of my info because I don't have a card number yet and that is the only way to register for access.  I'm so annoyed.  I'm literally going to call and cancel my card tomorrow.  And I'm literally going to go to Ulta.com and make my purchase there as soon as I hit submit on this post.  So ridiculous and a waste of time.  Clearly from all the posts on here this has been going on for YEARS since the posts go back to 2019.  Also found tons of posts on BBB complaining about this exact issue with clearly ZERO attempt by sephora or comenity to offer any type of solution to SO MANY customers having this issue on a REGULAR basis.  They will not get another penny from me in their stores ever again.

I'm so sorry for the trouble you're having using your Sephora Visa card! Comenity recently had a system update but it looks like they should be up and running again. I recommend contacting Comenity once more so that this can be looked into further. Thank you!

I have been trying to register my Visa with commenity for 3 weeks now.  I even called them and they couldn't even register me.  They just told me to keep trying.  They have been of no help.
