Sephora Visa Vanilla Gift Card

I cannot place an order with my gift card I got for my birthday. I was told i needed a billing address, But when I called the number on the back, I was told I couldn’t add a billing address to Visa Vanilla Cards. I want to use THAT card only, and I have the appropriate amount of money on it. Can someone please help me?

You can add postal number in visa vanilla card. I forgot how but I asked google. Maybe that would work. I did not use mine in sephora but I was able to use it online by adding the postal number
