Sephora Visa Problems

I am really having a problem from the word go with the Sephora Visa. First I didn't get a temporary number in the store. And then I got an email that said my card arrived, and I didn't get a card. I just called and reported it lost or stolen, but I never even got it in the first place.

It has never been applied to Sephora account either!

And now I'm going to lose my 25% off if I don't order soon. Maybe I should just close it. Not a great experience.

I still haven't gotten my card. I've called and requested one. I stayed on hold and spoke to a person who said they would "expedite it" but I'm going to lose the 25% off at the end of October. If. I don't get the card in time, I'm cancelling. This is just disorganized and odd.
