Sephora Visa Credit Card

Applying for this credit card has been nothing short of a nightmare experience. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! I wish I had read all of these reviews with similar experiences before I applied. 

Anywho, I was enticed in applying due to their 25% off first purchase with card within the first month. I had applied and been approved on September 19th. I was told my card would arrive 7-14 days later. I called after the 14 days to tell them it had not arrived. They said they would deactivate it and send a new one asap as part of a Sephora welcome kit. That phone call was on October 3rd. Fast forward to today October 9th, I had received a Sephora envelope with a card inside. I went to call and activate it, I was told she couldn’t help and that I needed transferred. Come to find out this card I just received was the first card. No satisfying solution was offered. I was told I just need to wait for the next card to come in. I expressed my concern with running out of time to use the 25% off first order within a month. Still told to just wait… is it going to be another 20 days to receive my card? They probably do this so that they do not have to honor the 25% deal. Compared to Ulta who only offers 20%. Please do not apply for a card within Sephora, there are many many other reviews just like mine if you search!
