Sephora/Unsuccessful Transaction

Sephora are limiting our purchases and are offering credit cards that are not complying with what they are offering! They are claiming they are out of stock of a lot of products. They aren't. They want to create supply and demand. Do not get their credit card at 30% interest rate and they do not honor what they promise after the first 25% off.
