Sephora US Affiliate Program

I can't seem to sign up for Sephora US Affiliate Program- My screen just stays on end part that shows the wheel turning with the message  " lease wait while your account is being registered". I've waited for over an hour and nothing has changed.  I've also tried clearing cookies and cache as well as, using a different browser and computer. I keep getting the same results.

Please help.

I'm having the same issue where I've signed up and gotten approved for the Sephora U.S. affiliate program via the linked site but there's only Sephora Australia and Brazil. I've also reached out to ls-sephora@linkshare.com and haven't received a response.
