Sephora Stole My Money

So I went into Sephora to do a return. I returned all off the items on that particular receipt however because I had done an "exchange" within that receipt the sales associate refused to refund me the full amount. She processed the return and said I would be getting a refund amount of $200. Bearing in mind I had all my original receipts she decided I was getting $150 back on a store credit not getting my money back. I'm literally beyond I'm upset your return policy says the refund will be paid back to you in the way you originally paid. Well guess what I paid with my hard earned cash NOT a merchandise card. So to me this is theft you are withholding my money from me and refusing to do anything about it. Like I'm sorry I have to pay for my fathers funeral and the fact no one even bothered to tell me I would be getting a merch card is beyond me.

One time I retuned and they took off my points (and never) put them back even though I bought more in the store than the amount I came in to return. I had my receipts.
