Sephora Samples Shenanigans

It may sound petty, but I’m sick and tired of Sephora taking it upon themselves to swap and change the samples I select to accompany my order! Especially when the items are showing as 1) still available for selection, and 2) “shipped” in my order details. The samples you chose for my package that just arrived are a far cry from what I’d choose for myself. Coconut hair oil gel for NOT my hair type?!? Sephora lipstick testers in shades I don’t use/don’t suit my skin tone?! No wonder people keep switching to and praising ULTA. What was the point of spending my way to Rouge status to then be treated with such lack of customer care?! I’ve seen others post about this issue, so I know I’m not alone. Sort yourselves out, please.
