Sephora Rewards Useless

I’ve had my Sephora rewards for years and years just collecting because anytime I go to pick something it sells out in seconds. At this point I think the rewards are a false sense and great marketing tactic to get more sales after I use these points this year I won’t be using my Sephora account as often also really annoyed that to add 250 birthday points they make you buy a $25 purchase with inflation on the rise and everything else we have to spend on this seems ridiculous. #badpolicy

I have also found the last 6 months they have absolutely nothing to spend your points on!! This is becoming a bit ridiculous for a company with such HUGE profits a year!!

@Isabella54 I'm sorry to hear that you have had trouble redeeming your points. Our Rewards Bazaar adds new items on Tuesdays and Thursdays around 9am PT. The larger rewards do tend to sell out quickly. While there is a $25 minimum to redeem your birthday gift online, it can be redeemed in store without purchase. We appreciate your feedback and I will share it with the appropriate department for future consideration.
