Sephora Rewards Cancelled

So yesterday I was all to happy to snag the Fenty Beauty Swag Vault in Medium. Well today I log on to check my shipping information only to discover my order has been canceled . I was mortified. I calledSephora, and basically couldn’t explain the fact that even after my order was the lace this item continued to be able for ordering. Sephora have got to do better. Offering money or points is no substitute. This system is ridiculous. That’s one of the main reasons I have not reach rouge for 2019!
