Sephora-Please stop using Lasership

This has been a horrible process. I have been ordering and reordering Pat Mcgrath Mattetrance Lipsticks. My original order was placed at the time of launch for sephora.com. This is now a week+ of the product being sold out which is understandable since the brand is so sought of. At this point I've had 2 re shipped packages because lasership has lost my shipped packages . As you know the part mcgrath everything is sold out at this time so this has been infuriating. Has anyone else had these experiences? Sephora please stop using Lasership!

I just wanted to once again write about the terrible experience I had with your shipping company, Lasership. Please stop using it. It's getting to the point where I can not shop on line anymore, knowing that I would never receive my product, period. Twice they stole my packages.

LaserShip is the worst, most unprofessional delivery service I have ever heard of.  Never, ever had a problem with a Sephora delivery until they started using LaserShip.  Now I cringe when I see that LaserShip has my package because I know it will be either late, end up at wrong place or just never arrive.

I have to agree. I really hope that Sephora reconsiders their decision to use Lasership. It can't be more cost effective if they are constantly refunding customers or re-shipping for lost or stolen packages. As mentioned, some items that are limited edition and are already sold out can't be replaced 😞

i just posted about this! 

i have called sephora and begged them to use something else. 

i was told just use the usps option on check out, 

laser ship is on camera leaving packages on the steps on my building where they've been taken. Obv customer service is quick to give me a refund but its the products i want! its so frustrating I've called lasership a bunch of times , waited on hold had them put notes on my delivery to leave it with the rental office and they never do. Their reviews are awful and I don't know why sephora continues to use them! I've lost out on many products because they can't do their job.

I have the same issue. Sephora switched to Lasership and my packages starting June this year are shipped with lasership. Every single time I order online, they leave my package in the lobby next to mailboxes. My apartment building has no door man, security or a person signing for the packages. I was home During few deliveries and NO one buzzes my apartment out of curtesy to open the door and pick the package up. How does he get into the building? Why not buzz me?  Called sephora and they made sure to call Laserhsip, they reassured lasership will call me and buzz me when they come and NOT leave the package in unattended lobby in NYC. Guess what - next delivery, lobby it is. over and over, No phone call or buzz or anything. I tried calling multiple times, and they have never left the package with me. How many times have they refunded you?  I want my items, not refund  😞
