Sephora Play

So the tracking info connected to my sephora play December box said it was delivered, but I live in an apartment so they send out a slip to let us know when we have a package. I never recieved a slip so I’m guessing they sent my December box back... Money was taken out of my account for December so is there anyway I could get it resent?
