Sephora Play! box became such a joke!

Ok guys. I am here to vent cuz frankly i am pissed. I don`t usually like to b*tch out but things been getting on my nerves with Sephora a lot lately, and tell me if you have the same issue!

I haven`t been subscribed to Play! box even for a year, i don`t think, and December box completely did it for me! So before continuing my rent, let read this Q&A by SEPHORA...

Q: Can I return or exchange items from a box? 
A: Products included in a PLAY! by SEPHORA box are handpicked each month, so we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on the box or the items. If something is missing or damaged, please refer to the questions below.

 

HANDPICKED ITEMS...ok...Really? Then let me ask you this...

- First: why the hell am i getting THIRD Atelier Cologne? Third? Handpicked? Where did i state how much i loved that cologne i don`t even care about? Like seriously? Let me remind you guys, 3rd one in a 6 month period? I loooovee La Mer moisturizer, am i going to get 3 of those now? PLZ! I WOULD LOVE THAT!

- Second: Cicapair Tiger Grass Cream SECOND one in a several month period... (hydrates, soothes redness and itching due to dryness). For god sake my profile states i have combination skin, does a person that HANDPICKS (that word makes me laugh) an item to FIT your profile doesn`t know the difference between dry skin and combination? Really? Such a basic knowledge ignored?

Third: I got THIRD DRY SHAMPOO sample! THIRD! And THIS particular one, already TWICE!

Fourth: Make up for ever lipstick (i love red lipstick, no joke), but another one? by the same brand? Another red? I mean c`mon! Its December box, it could have been festive for the Xmas look, but what do we get? same things over and over, what it seems like!

I got two same items without several month period, and ignored it, cuz frankly, everyone makes mistakes...but December box was a joke and i got all the items i have gotten before! And guess what? You cant return them or refund cuz they are HANDPICKED FOR ME? Which one of these items is exactly for me? More like trying to get rid of items Sephora doesnt need for an extra $11 bucks a month, not too shady i will say!

On top of that...I buy crap ton of products from Sephora and ALWAYS use their promotions to get a delux sample. Let me let you guess what kind of samples i usually see their available to choose from? You guessed it right! The ONES THEY PUT IN OUR BOXES! So why the hell am i paying $11 when i am going to spend money on some crap regardless and get those items for free...Please someone answer me this question...I mean look at their 25 delight promotion. I got almost all of those products in my subscription box EXEPT the YSL, cuz thats my dear friends are DELUX box for $25, which i bought before too!!!

 

On top of that, their holiday hire (which i was a holiday hire before for a different company) is a complete joke. No samples put in with my orders, no matter how many times you send a ticket to customer service. My friend didnt even get her delux samples she got with her points! Even though her points were taken out! And last time i put in a ticket that i was missing my samples, it was completely ignored! And now this December box i cant exchange items they literally sent me before in previous boxes, cuz they are HANDPICKED (love this dramatic word). I literally giving this Sephora Play! few more chances and going to Ipsy or somewhere else. Cuz this is not handpicked by any means, but trying to get rid of products as hard as they can for $11 extra bucks!
