Sephora Perfume Sampler PROMO code doesn't work!

I recently got the 6 piece perfume sampler and am trying to redeem my full-size perfume online. I keep entering the promo code in the correct box and every time (even when I have changed it up to see if I was making a mistake) it says it's invalid, and I do not know why.
