Sephora - PLEASE STOP USING FLEET OPTICS!

Sephora - please stop using Fleet Optics for delivering your products! I feel like I have more issues than successful deliveries with this company. I was previously told that you switched from Canada Post to Fleet Optics because the packages would arrive sooner, but I would honestly rather wait for my package to come by Canada Post.

 

There are so many people complaining about this delivery company, which doesn't even have customer service (due to Covid-19, you are to put in a ticket on their website and wait for someone to contact you). Why do you continue to use them for sending packages? I have always preferred shopping online because the selection is much larger than in store, and I find in store to be very overwhelming. But now I'm nervous about shopping online as I just don't trust Fleet Optics to deliver my package, with the numerous "delivery attempts" (when there was no attempt) or just having my package lost, which happened in December when I bought items on sale that were then sold out, so I was refunded for. 

 

I've already sent a separate email regarding my current delivery issue (package out for delivery at 7:21am, at 9:21pm there is an update- "Could not attempt delivery" and now no information where my package is or if it is being redelivered), but I just want to know why Sephora continues to use a horrible delivery company when so many people have complaints about them.

I understand your feeling all too well. I have made the painful decision not to order anything from Sephora online and give up my Rouge status this year because I  couldn’t handle the added stress of having to deal with Fleet Optics. I realized that I shouldn’t be paying Sephora so much money for the pain of experiencing more stress to receive the items I paid for. I really thought that with so many complaints, Sephora would be proactive in resolving this critical issue but, I’m not holding out hope.
