Sephora Order

I'm trying to checkout with my order, and I'd like to use the Klarna option.  Why isn't it allowing me to do so.?  I meet all the criteria.

I am also experiencing the same issue with Klarna. I called Sephora two days ago and was told that this is a widespread problem and that Klarna had been notified. I’ve used Klarna many times on Asos.com and even placed a new order this week that went through. This is very frustrating and it appears there will be no resolution before the sale ends. Sephora should seriously consider switching over to Afterpay.

Reading the comments and it seems like I am not the only one who’s Klarna is not working in the Sephora check out ? I’m so sad because I wanted to take advantage of the sale . Tried reaching out to Klarna and nothing was resolved 😕

I was trying to use Klarna also. After a little digging around, I found that if you have too many recent purchases with Klarna, it won't let you. I paid off 2 of my previous purchases and went to check out again and it went through with no issues. If you haven't found a resolution, maybe give it a shot.

I haven't been able to get it to work either.  Very frustrating to have a service that is supposed to be there to allow for payments but then doesn't work.  No reason why it shouldn't work with me.

I am having the same problem. I contacted Klarna yesterday and they had no resolution. In fact, the rep told me that she received an email earlier noting problems people were having with Sephora. The Klarna representative then referred me to speak with Sephora regarding the problem. I have spoken to a Sephora representative twice today and no one can figure this out. What is going on?

The same thing has been happening to me.  I used them once with no problem but this time it doesn't even show it as an option to click on.  I have spoken twice to Klarna reps and they have been absolutely no help.  All I get is that I need to talk to Sephora. They didn't even try to resolve the issue.  Will never use them again or recommend that anyone else do so.  Customer service is important especially then there is an issue and they failed big time!

Hey there just letting you know the same happened to me. The Klarna employee was no help. And 3 Sephora employees told me that it’s klarnas end that’s not working. It’s frustrating and kinda annoying to have that option when you can’t even use it but oh whale. I wish Sephora adopted after pay just like Ulta
