Sephora Order not delivered

I recently ordered $300 worth of makeup for my wedding. The delivery status of the order says it's delivered at the front door but I couldn't find it. I reached out to Sephora for help and they said they can't do anything from their end and I should contact UPS. So I reached out to UPS but UPS didn't let me raise a claim from my end for this because this has to be done from the seller's end. So I reached out to Sephora again to ask them to raise a missing package claim from their end. They refused to do it. I didn't ask them for a refund or a replacement. I only asked them to raise a claim so that UPS can locate my package and get it to me. But they refused to do even that. This was my first time ordering on the Sephora website and it was an awful experience. I wouldn't suggest any one to go through what I went. For such a big company I expected some kind of help but during my wedding prep they're making me stress out even more. Now I've lost $300 and don't even have the makeup that I wanted.
