Sephora Order Unsuccessful Authorization

Since Feb this year I have tried more than ten times to place orders, but no one was successful. All of the orders showed "unsuccessful authorization". I have called, emailed and online chatted with the customer team many times, but no one can give me a solution. Every time what I received from the team was "our team will forward your order to internal team for reviewing and then contact you within 24 hours" Then the only answer I got from your team is you guys cannot verify my bank info and ask me to update it. Seriously????? Update for what??? Please, I do online shopping almost every week using the same card and only failed on Sephora App and Website... I have double checked my bank and they said no mistake I made with my card info okay??? Your team said you did reset my account but why does the problem still exist??? What the hell is going on?!😠

Anyone have the same situation as me?😭

I am having the same issue since last year. I've tried using multiple credit cards and called the bank and each time the transaction gets not authorized. Today I had placed an order over the phone and it worked for about an hour until the transaction changed from in progress to unsuccessful authorization. When my account was looked at before they said there was no problem. Is there anything that can be done? I am rouge and would like to keep my account
